I've been an O2 contract customer for many years, purchasing several flagship devices from them and on many occasions settling early to upgrade. I've never however felt like a truly valued customer, whilst I consider myself to be a big spender with them, some sort of thank you would not go unappreciated. I am sure O2 earn a lot from me considering what I pay, versus the amount of my allowance I actually use. The process just seems too black and white for the modern age and soon may be enough for me to consider switching providers.
