People wonder why the high street is dying. I was just in the shop and there was 1 cashier with a queue of 5 customers whilst there were 4 people not doing anything on the customer service desk. I asked to pay for my 1 item at the service desk (which incidentally I did last month when the very helpful Polish lady served me). Today however, was not my day and I had to join the others in the queue enabling the others to carry on serving no-one. Should have saved myself the petrol and ordered from Amazon.
It's big. I got a shower screen. Haven't unwrapped it yet.
Quick and easy visit to B&Q. They still lack contactless payments-be warned of you're a Google pay/Apple pay user.
It's a typical B&Q. Not much to say but they usually have something that will do the job. Today I wanted some plumbing supplies to help fit a new kitchen tap. Got everything I needed and it was easy to find.
