Staff so happy and friendly really helpful.
Going to the Opticians for the first time and my first point of contact was a miserable not so happy looking lady that behaved as she was better than everybody else. I told her I was deaf and her communication and eye contact and understanding was poor. However the service from the other staff was very good. Neville was absolutely fantastic. Knowledgeable and very aware of my hearing loss and went out of his way to explain by using gestures and being patient with me. Thank you Neville. I would have given 5 stars but the First Lady that served me need to be trained again or should take a refresher course or leave as she brings the whole level of great service down for everybody else that works hard there.
I have been using Specsavers for years. When you have a problem they go out of their way to help you and do extensive tests to ensure everything is as it should be. Maddie and Janet are always really lovely, although all the staff are very attentive. The service is fantastic.
In Evesham I was served by Ms. Liliana. Ms. Liliana is very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. She can listen to the client's needs, advises and scrupulously helps. She has interpersonal skills, treats the client individually and with respect. She is a great interlocutor, polite, focused on what she does, accurate and I can even say that she has managerial abilities. Thank you :)
