Place is like a ghost town very few shops in the arcade anymore mainly go in for Home Bargains roof leaks broken tiles in the floor could be a trip hazard and the parking in the multistorey is now much more expensive - used to be 1 all-day now it's a incremental scale. Such a shame as used to be a great local arcade
On entering it becomes quickly obvious that the buzz is missing from this shopping centre. There are only four shops that make a visit here worthwhile. The rest are really just filling the shop spaces. Its such a shame as everything is clean and tidy. Personally and sadly I dont think this centre will ever become a destination to go to.
We had an interesting walk around. Would certainly call in again when in the area.
Nice little shopping centre which I'm sure will fill out with time. When we went thetecwas a lovely atmosphere on the whole town. Not many shops but worth a visit. I've given 5 star as there is plenty to see in the rest of the town.
Having seen in past years a brilliant centre with great variety of shopping outlets, it is very disappointing that the rents are so high nobody can afford to take them on. If rents were low enough to enable tenants to establish themselves for say 6 months and slowly increase it by 3 month increments then perhaps it could work for all concerned including the consumers. Come on town council, get a grip, otherwise Evesham will lose the visitors who help to keep us going but look after the people who live and work in and around our lovely town to start with.
