Good selection of shoes and bags. Relatively high prices but always some on offer. Can be extremely busy and often need to wait quite a while for assistance. Especially busy in week leading to new school year.
Appalling customer care. Bought a pair of Reiker shoes, not cheap, was told by the sales assistant to wear them around the house and see how you like them, i did this, but they tore my feet to shreds. I returned them the next day and was told that I could not return them as they had been worn. Please beware. Make sure you really want the product before you buy. As customer care is very poor. They actually say on the website with service like it used to be Dont make me laugh.
