Horrible first 5 minutes of service rude and impatient staff, who treated us like idiots and incompetents. She clearly had no clue what customer service was, if I ever have to go in there again (hopefully not) and have to be served by her I dont know whats going to hold me back.

Only been in a few times to post anything, usually busy post office with a bit of a queue, but nothing unreasonable for a town post office. The collection office is amazing, though. Been there to collect parcels a number of time and the staff are so helpful and friendly.
Place always seems stupidly busy! Get some more staff!
