Beautiful, especially in Summer. Quiet, relaxed atmosphere. Small, locally run restaurant, open most days with good choice of food. Idyllic location for an all day "chill". Also, fishing & caravan site. Events at certain times.
50th party here good .generous meal nice by river avon
There's not many river crossing like this left in the country. Not spectacular by any stretch but a small slice of history. The location is peaceful and scenic. There is a park close by that is great for the kids with a large sand play area and a water park which is operational in the warmer months.
Thought snack food a bit pricey. Doesn't smell greasy as it used to. Good location for a break whilst enjoying river walk.
AMAZING! Lovely place, right on the river. Really well priced, ended up having breakfast there after a great 60th Birthday party. Superb. I can't recommend it enough.
