I cannot praise the team at Merstow Green highly enough. I have been trying to capture in a few short sentences a service that is provided when your world has been turned upside down by bereavement. Carol Phillips and the rest of her team immediately became honorary members of our family - cups of tea, tissues and a reassuring word. But they also understood us, they were there when we needed them and they knew what would be 'just right'. I could use so many words to try to capture the understanding they extended to our family but if I had to pick just three it would be kindness, compassion and professionalism.Ken Ricketts & Family
