I rung Lisa at 3.30 pm to see if there was any chance delivering some flowers to my mum who had had an accident and was staying in a nearby hotel. Not only did she put together an amazing bouquet but they were with my Mum by 5pm and she was delighted. Not often you get such superb service these days.
