It's o.k.This is a large store, there were only 2 customers INCLUDING myself but even with approximately 9 staff albeit 3/4 were from head office being trained, there was a pathetic waiting time to get served!The woman that did serve me was very pleasant, tried to be helpful but gave me the wrong information regarding car parts. At least she tried
I had overlooked my cars first mot and so looked online to see what was available locally and it showed Halfords Autocentre Evesham. At 32.50 I thought a good price. Online booking showed a 4pm slot so I took it.Got there and was greeted and had it explained the whole process. I honestly expected anything would be found but this didnt happen and while waiting other customers talked well of Halfords. As it was my Qashqai passed everything. Many many thanks guys
A regular user and, yet again, not disappointed. Steering problem needing speedy attention and were squeezed in the next day. The problem was diagnosed, parts fitted and home the same day. All very reasonably priced. Magic.
Went there to change a locking wheel nut as Volkswagen wanted to charge 80! But these guys really helped out. The guy on the front desk was really helpful so thankful! Great service and would highly recommend!
Highly recommend Halfords. I was visiting family for the weekend arriving late Saturday afternoon and had issues with my brakes, Drove straight to Halfords as they were the only garage open. They were just about to close however the mechanic took my car for a test drive, then tested in the workshop and worked out the issue. They made space the next day (Sunday) to replace disc's and pad, and had it all done by 1.30pm to allow me to drive home.... Brilliant efficient surface ... Thank you.
