Friend bought a car from them, seemed to be quite a lot of confusion over the sale, staff there in comparison to the Worcester branch I am familiar with seemed less friendly and more pushy than anything. Car that was bought had to go back several times to have bits and bobs sorted. Fair enough it was all done by them, problems shouldnt have arose in the first place. When questioning the manager on the 20 fuel he was rather rude in making the point he made the car cheaper to make it more affordable. Wont go back. Shame I love Vauxhall
